so I guess no more doubters want to chime in? I'll post a youtube too, hopefully tomorrow.
all mirror, baby!
at the end of the day... as long as your not using dish soap to wash your car everyone is happy.
personally, I will stick to the old way of washing with car soap and a microfiber mit, rinsing and then applying wax 3-4 times per year and using the quick detailer inbetween.
to each his/her own.
No my Quik Wax does not specify washing with soap and water.
But to 99,99999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999 99999999999999999999999 % of the public ,the word "wash" means that water is involved.
Now let me ask you a question?
Does your bottle say Car wash and wax ????????
Sorry ,I won't be waiting around for your UTube..as far as I am concerned this ship has sailed.
|Is there a reason you don't/won't hose it down first?|
|I don't agree with this method, I still make sure I wash my car thoroughly with plain water before applying wax. You are still grinding dirt into the clearcoat if you use this method and long term it will affect the paint job.|
