So here's the story. I brought my car in to get an alignment. A few days later i start to hear a sqealing noise while driving. So of course i pull of the right front, inspect and there doesn't appear to be anything wrong. Drive it for another day. Still there. So I've replaced my pads and lubed my caliper, but i still have a squeal. there's no squeal while depressing the brake. It only squeals while driving down the road.

A squeal while driving that goes away when braking usually means the pads need replacement. You said you replaced the front pads, have you checked the rears?
