I have only done the vertical adjustment. Here is a re-quote from my previous post of hid.
When you look at the back of the headlight housing on driver side, 1-1/2" right of the dust cap, there is a 12mm bolt with Philips head. On top it also has slot showing a round dial with teeth.
Either you turn the bolt with 12mm spanner (it's easier), or use a chubby Philips.
use a Philips inserting into the slot to turn the dial with teeth.
Turn clockwise to lower the beam.
Recommend marking the original position of the tooth (facing upward) with a white paint. Use it to count number of turn you made, as well as you can return the dial to oem position, if you kind of regret doing the adjustment.
1 full turn results a minor degree of adjustment. In my case I made 6 full turn to lower the beam.
