Unresolved fuel trim (P0170/0173) 2005 Tucson

I have a 2005 Tucson 2.7L V6 with a fuel trim issue. When I purchased the car was told it was an O2 sensor. Had the mass air flow sensor replaced (twice as first was thought to be defective). Had O2 sensor 1 bank 1 replaced as this was a pending code. Had injectors cleaned and there is no detectable vacuum leak from a smoke test.

My mechanic is stumped and doesn't know why it keeps giving the P0170/ P0173 codes.

Currently the LFTF is at 0% and both STFT goes up to +31% at steady highway speeds.

Does anyone have any idea what might be causing this? I have read around the forum but most of the culprit issues have either been replaced or looked at.

Thank you!
