Thank you so much Karaoke Kop.
Looking at the pictures finally managed to figure out how to take out the small panel, which sits behind the sunshade on first picture from your post - it causes the rattling noises almost all the time. What I would do is to insulate it underneath with a strip of bitumen roll, which I use every time there is a disturbing noise from the panels. It is a very effective and cheap way to deal with such problems.
