I am planning of buying a new set of rims online..but I have a problem..I don't know the type of rim installed on my ride..the currently installed rim has a hubcap of mitsubishi so I guess its the same with mitsubishi lancer..all I'm sure is it's a 4 hole rim..heheheh..

Is there a way to find out the type of rim installed in my ride?

is it a pcd 100 or pcd 114?

replies are very much appreciated...thanks..

my 94 elantra sedan was pcd114. if nothing else, borrow a rim with a known size and see if it fits, that should be your size. i got rims from the junkyard off a early 90's/late 80's Nissan Sentra and they fit, if that helps.

Hi,

I believe it refers to the offset measurement, which ensures that your track centres stay as close as possible to factory specification.

This maintains continuity in the steering geometry and ensures that no undue strain is placed on suspension componentry. Steering effort and consistency is also maintained.

Hope this helps.

Cheers,

Andrew
