What a nice touch from Hyundai for the Leather Sonata owner. The Manual comes with a Leather case and a really cool Cross style Pen. It's my favorite Pen, sure going to miss it when it's gone!

i noticed the leather case for the manual but i didnt see the cross pen when i was at the dealership (maybe they removed it or it got stolen). either way its a nice touch.

Yes, I got the pen and pad of paper with the Owner's Manual case.
I left it there, it is part of the set and for emergency in the glove compartment.

I prefer gel pens on a daily basis.

Cross refills might fit, so you can keep using.

Uh-oh, looks like they must've stolen some LX-driving sap's leather-clad manual (with pen and pad of paper) and given it to me when I bought my GLS sport! :grin:

Seriously, though, that's not an LX-exclusive. I got it with my current one and I also got it with the previous-gen Sonata I had before, which was again not an LX.

damn - didn't get the pen but did get a glass jar of candies from the dealer - haha. Also got $100 from the dealer since I recommended the Sonata to a friend and he bought one too !!

I got a pen with my GLS. All our Hyundais have come with fairly nice pens with their manuals, even the 02 so they've been up to this for a while.

Actually I have two 06 GLS pens, I stole the pen out of the GLS 4-banger we got as a rental car in Connecticut last December (don't tell anyone!).

That is terrible. You should share with the few here missing their Pen. 2 Pens, one stolen :whistling:
