Hey guys, I have been looking in previous posts for any information regarding this but all I have come up with is the "self-test ABS" between 0 and 8 MPH. However, I am experencing what I would consider a hiccup in the transmission between first and 2nd and 2nd and third noticeably. I was wondering if it is adviseable to get them to reset the values so that my transmission can relearn how to work properly? Any advice?

You can do it by disconnecting the battery.

Can't you just disconnect the battery, and then do the manual shifttronic thing to get it to learn your driving habits again?.

The (what we called it here) "dead spot" between 1st and 2nd was discussed here several times. But I don't know about it appearing when shifting 2nd to 3rd.

One of us here claimed it will go away after 4-5 thousand miles.

Please let us know the outcome ... pulling the ECM fuses (which ones are required since there is more than one) may help as well.
