Maybe the thread title needs to be changed to reflect the information HOCUK was giving about the ECU remap??
Where did you get this info from and is there any more details you can add?

Ownersclub - Great news, thanks for the info...

Montego - I think many peaple were waiting on this message- thus You should have propagated this news - maybe modifying the subject - not lash the topic starter.

Also, I do not understand, why could not we open topics in the forum we want?!

I think it is a free forum and not a censored one.

If FC is a major issue for the owners, than they will and should open many topics on this. Anyway- if nobody is interested in reading the topic - it will disappear from the 1st page very quick.

Kind wishes, Attila

Atti-5

Whilst agreeing with you partly the main idea was put forward by lots of readers who disliked having to search for fuel info or complaints and it was decided to put them all in one place where we can all read them and where they will all remain.

So if you wanted to complain to your H dealer and quote a problem you will be able to research it from one place instead of having to troll through loads of postings until you find the right one.

If We all agree to put Fuel Consumption items in this one place then everyone will be able to find anything and will not miss anything.
If you want to make it not sound like a fuel consumption item thats ok too

You could have called it Hyundai brings out new Programme
and then told everyone about the program that will include a way to extend the mileage from each gallon.

OK

Please do not SHOUT at Montego he is trying to moderate and help us have an easier to read forum and several of us agreed with him on this idea.

Thanks
