You live in northern europe, I guess driving with day-light, is that right ?
Then, I'll be sure you'll have to replace the bulb...
There are 2 filaments in each H4-bulb, one for low-beam (must be broken), and one for high-beam (must be OK).
Have a look at this before considering the replacement of a relay... bulbs are less expensive, and as I wrote, it's most likely the bulb has to be changed.
Replace both, the right and left bulbs in order to have the best lighting you can on your car. If you only replace the bad one, the brightness of both beams should be slightly different. Hope it helps, Best regards Roland
