then l suggest you check the plugs and/or wires for staters, if you remove the plugs one by one and then check if it is sooty or wet then that is your problem cylinder

yeah i pulled the plugs out and they are F'd 3 outa 4 are bent right up, they are the proper ones as well. i checked at a garage and they said that the head is cracked and the water got into the cylinders most likly. I dont see it being anything else i hope because the engine was checked not too long ago and it was 150 compression in each cylinder. Is there anything on this car to look for when i change the head and the head gasket. ??

hold on a mo, what do you mean when you say the plugs are bent? are you loosing coolant? what makes you think the head gasket has gone?

yeah i believe the head is cracked the coolent is very low and the lady before me over heated it i believe so now i have to get a different head and get it machined. I was told that if water gets in the cylinders it will cause the plugs to end up lookin like that. Any advice on this car for tricks of changing the head or anything. I have done the head on a celica with Efi before and it wasnt too bad and this car has alot less to it so i think it should go smoothly as long as nothing else was F'd up.
