I just got my tib yesterday im verry happy sofar there is a few small things to fix but theres a few things i dont understand.

1.Beside my shifter there a small switch that if i remember correctly displays EJC and has a power switch.The previus owner of this car told me it activates something that gives more fuel into the engine to make it go faster.Is this true if so how do i know if it works and if its not working how do i get it to work ?

Drives: 2004 tiburon tuscani v6 6 spd / 1996 Lincoln Mark v111 LSC 4.6 v8 290 hp
That switch (labelled 'normal/power' i believe) controls gear changes by varying line pressure in the transmission . The theory is quicker , firmer shifting in the 'power' setting . I never noticed much if any difference between those two settings in my 99 Tib . I just left in it 'normal' and shifted the gears manually . :amen:
