I just bought a 03 Tib GT....love it. But unfortunately my radio stopped working a week or so ago. It continues to display like it is working, but no sound. I am wondering if anyone else has had this problem, if it is fixable or if I need to replace it, where I might fight a replacement, and finally....I have also been looking at other radios to replace it and have found VERY few that would fit...anyone put in a different stereo? Of course the dealer told me the warranty had just expired on the radio. Anyone have any suggestions?

Actually...the dealer was right :( I looked it up and the warranty on the radio is only for 3 years or 36,000 miles.

I have done more research and found it is pretty easy to replace it with an aftermarket unit...so I guess I will do that....unless anyone here knows what might be wrong with my old one.
