The 2006 and 2007 Azera had its share of problems with the suspension clunk yet the new models don't have the problem. A slight change in suspension and shocks took care of the problem. Hyundai should seize the moment and take advantage of Toyota quality issues that Toyota is now having.

Toyota is now feeling the blues with their new recall that could really spell big touble for the automaker down the road. Hyundai can take advantage of Toyota's recent setback and use it to put a positive spin on Hyundai newer models including the Azera. Hyundai is building consumers by using quality parts yet giving the consumer a stronger lineup with better quality, extended warranties, and solid sales in the last few quarters.

True, but they have to be careful.
If the public thought Hyundai was somehow taking "unfair" advantage, it might backfire.
Still, there are sales' gains to be made.

I agree, the Azera has its problems, but nothing like what Toyota is going through right now

Ditto my 2006 with 44k miles.

Hyundai will be advertising the new Sonata during the Superbowl, stressing the ten year warranty and that's really all they have to do, play up their good and not even mention others' bad, that's all over the news already!... (IMG:style_emoticons/default/grin.gif)

heypal, you're still around!! I still have my 06 Azera and, yes, still have the bowling balls and clunk in the suspension. I haven't seen any resolution to the suspension issues. Are there any as yet??
thanks
