We took delivery of our I20 at the end of November. It had a slight dent some 15cm long and about 5 degrees from the horizontal on the passenger's side of the dash/facia. The dealer consulted Hyundai and a new dash was ordered and fitted last week. The new dash has a similar but slightly longer dent in the same position. The dealer is now suggesting this might be normal and related to the airbag. Does your dash have a dent or is it smooth?

No dent's in my i20 dash.
Crazy, main dealer fitting another damaged one.
Ask for a new car without a dented dash, may hurry things on a little.

No dents in the dash, but you can see a line along the length of the fascia on the passenger side which is obviously where the airbag is

Line mark about 15 cm long which indicates the air bag position and is normal in all i20

After closer inspection, just noticed it too on dash.
