I had noticed something last weekend while out for a drive with the wife. I had noticed that the accelerator response was not what it usually is. While in Drive or 3rd when I previously hit the gas, the response was quite immediate. Not that day. The temps that day were around (27-28C)80F, a little warm here for this time of year. Anyhow, today, it has been raining and temps are around 14C (60F) and I was out for a short drive and noticed the response had returned to normal. Good, immediate accelerator response. It almost seems like vapour lock. We have never had this problem before on either of our two 2002 Elantra VE's. Both of these vehicles are dealer maintained. Any ideas/suggestions??????
