After changing the engine to body ground wire due to it being rusted and the wire was green, before and after the change I was getting a blue spark coming off of my crank pulley and never in the same spot. It would do it after the car has been running for approx. 30 min and when the engine is warm, I've checked all my fuses they are all good. It's a 2002 accent. Any suggestions?

the most likely reason is that you have not got a good connection on your ground wire, make sure that both ends of the ground strap are making good contact, you may need to clean the mating surface with some abrasive paper

did that already when I put the new ground wire on, I sanded the body end down to bare metal and the engine end until it was silver

Replace your belt or belt. My buddy's car did the same thing and a new belt solved the problem. A local technician was saying something about the nylon cords used in engine belts, as they get older they tend to produce a static charge, I don't really understand it but replacing the belt or belts solved the issue. I hope this helps.
