Check your limit stop switches. You can remove them temporarily. I just installed a power seat on my 2008 Sonata and the wires were reversed which caused this problem. Since correcting the problem I reinstalled the limit stop switches and it works fine.
I would recommend taking out the seat, putting it on a work bench and connecting a suitable power source to the wiring harness and see if you can get any movement with those limit stop switches removed. There should be two of them. It is an easy in and out process and not a big deal. I don't know about your particular vehicle but on my sonata the green wire was positive and the black wire was negative. If they are reversed, the motors will run backwards.
I purchased the entire seat at a local dismantler who gets supplied from all over the country to their warehouse. It cost me $125 complete. It is far too expensive to replace this stuff piecemeal when it is a fraction used. I attempted to get the seat through ebay but never could find one so I wrote via e-mail to the dismantler and he located a seat overnight. You also might check into this possibility if in fact your motor(s) are burnt out. The dismantlers of today are not the junkyards of old. They are modern facilities that are all computerized and clean as a whistle.
