Replaced my 2008 grille with a 2009-10 grille which IMO looks much better, especially since my Azera is painted Black Onyx Pearl. Grille is MOBIS OEM P/N 863513L500 for $93.29 from Parts.com. Simple replacement, took about one hour. Might change the hood garnish at a later date since it will involve painting the new garnish molding. Also, replaced the flying H with a aftermarket Luxury Generation badge front and rear, just to be different.

Sorry, I don't have any pictures, at 74 I'm not into taking pictures and putting them on a web site. You already have a 2009 so you know how impressive looking the grille is compared to the 2006-08 era. The badges come from KAI and are the Luxury Generation Badges (KUNLGE1).

I didn't even realize there was a difference between the 2009 and the 2006-08 grill versions. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/blush-anim-cl.gif)

As far as a hood garnish, if that's the same as a hood "ornament", I wasn't even aware that mine had one. As a matter of fact, I'm pretty sure it doesn't but I guess I won't know for sure until the next time I go into my garage. Perhaps it's under my hood protector?

I'll do a google search for the Luxury Generation Badges from KAI to see what they're all about.

Man, am I ever out of the loop. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/blink.gif)

What Hyundai means by hood garnish is the chrome piece and the piece its attached to. The 2009-10 chrome piece is alittle wider at each end and maybe I'll change that at a later date. Personally I don't like any type of hood ornament, just another piece to clean and wax around.
