Hi Everyone,

Am thinking about exporting my Hyundai Getz 1.6 TB 2006 to the UK as I cant shift it and also I would lose a fair bit of money on a good car. I have been quoted £900 to ship it to the UK which isnt bad.

However I know I will need to change the speedo to mph and more than likley add a rear fog lamp. Anyone got any helpful tip on finding a cheap KM to MPH speedo convertion and aftermarket rear fog lamp.

Also are Australian Getz rustproofed just as well as the UK ones, is there any major differences in the build and quality?

Thanks for any help

Regards

Fejao.

l think you should be able to pick up a second hand speedo head from a breakers once you get the vehicle over to the u.k the rear fog lamp is not a problem as there are lots of cheap kits around

can't be certain about the rest of your question but l doubt if the build quality would be any different
