Closing Thread --- Problem solved for the following condition.
Bogging, Lake of power at load, misfire, rough Idle ( These conditions sometime may not turn CEL on)
My problem fixed as I had a ground short through my Radio/clock and door lights wiring and every ground wire going out of PCM to sensors (ETS, MAF, etc) had 2.2 millivolt and around 10 Ohms resistance which made all sensors work improperly. In this case as all your sensors are good your CEL may not turn on.
I thought in the beginning that my MAF is faulty but I changed with the same from other car but problem did not solve.
Details How I checked if you have he same problem before you start changing sensors,
Check if MAF has a right voltage as well as ground is not short,
Turn ignition key on, measure the voltage between 2 pin of MAF connector ( from right second pin of connector) with ground it shoud be around 5 volt. Check the voltage between pin 4 and ground it should be 12 volts. If these values are right check the ground negative coming to MAF.
For ground check turn the ignition off,
measure the resistance between pin 3 of MAF connector and negative pole of battery it should be less than 1 ohm and no voltage.
In my case it was 10 ohms and 2.2 millivolts. If it is not correct it can be possible that TPS, TPM, APS have the ground short as well so check these too to make sure.
To confirm where you have a short circuit to ground, try taking each fuse out and check if the resistance goes back to normal less than 1 ohm. In my case my Deck/clock and door light have short to ground connection as I took these fuses off resistance went to normal and no voltage.
Now I am driving since yesterday without changing any thing on my car and it drives like it should. No misfire, no rough idle, no lake of power at hard acceleration and I can feel that A/T works better than before and it does not get confuse.
I think as lot of us have radio cd problem as it turns on automatically can also cause the short circuit to ground due to wrong wiring in xg's which can cause the sensors malfunction or they will die one by one.
I hope it helps someone who has the same problem.
