Alright, so today i was changing the oil in the accent and after i took off that big plastic shroud to get to the oil filter, i notice this white/clearish piece just hanging out there. I checked in the engine bay to see if there was a matching piece to the one that i just found...no luck. I snapped some shots of this thing to see if any of your guys know what it could possibly be.

It looks like a cap of some sort that the one end maybe snaps into place so it doesn't move.....thoughts?

I'm stumped.

It's just extra parts. When you take something apart and put it back together, they're always there. Think of it as a little gift or memento for messing around with your car.

If I remember reading correctly last year, someone found a similar part. Turns out it was left over from when the factory or dealer installed A/C or something like that. They just dropped it in the engine bay and forgot about it.

knowing hyundai its probably really important since its such a small, breakable, unattached piece that you can lose easily

bloodninja is right. A/C is installed portside once the accents arrive from Korea. This protective cap seals the A/C piping during transport.
