From what I heard it did go through. Fiat now owns 20% of the Titanic, I mean Chrysler. If they like, this number can be increased to 35% and later to 51% if all financial obligations are met, etc. etc.

You're probably thinking of Maserati...remember that hideous Chrysler LeBaron they tried to rebadge as a Maserati? They called it the "Chrysler TC by Maserati". What a joke.
