Message in manual says 'Elevator is not Available'. No idea what this means or if error can be fixed? Can anyone help?

Take the Escalator then. No this does not sound good. I have the 6 tray, and the only message
I get is "Read Error". And we have the famous 10 year Warranty over here, yet the Radio is only
covered for three!
