It probably means you need the cylinder bored out and oversized pistons put in. In short, you'd probably be better off finding a replacement used motor. But being you live in KSA, that's probably not an option.

I think i am going to leave it as it is because :

we have 1997 Ford Expedition 5.4 v8 doing almost 400,000 km (250,000 mile)
and the car starting making sound like my azera--- cold start knocking---- befor 4 years at 150,000 mile

now the car still going, i hope my azera doing the same

about replacement motor :
yes i can find an used motor, like you in usa

but in ksa-- GM, FORD,chrysler ( GENUINE PARTS ) MUTCH cheaper than usa, because we have no tax at all .......

same thing for hyundai, kia, Toyota,Nissan etc..

some mechanics told me they can rebuilt my ford (engine +gearbox) for 3200$ using only genuine parts

so i going to use my azera until it is breaks down, than i will rebuit the engine

You could have the V6 timing chain tensioner problem. It's a free fix in the US, don't know about Poland.

By free, would that include a second USA owner of 2007 Azera with 67,000? Watched a YouTube that was great associated with this post. EXACTLY the same nosie
