Hi, im all new at this forum, and a new first time owner of Hyundai.
Bought a 2003 Terracan last week, and have read thru instructions manual.

One question i got, is how it is to get cruisecontrol in this vehicle, when its not factory mounted ?
What parts may i need, and so on ?

Regards
Kjetil Andre

Interesting project indeed.

Se attached pages from the service manual about the terracan's Cruise Control system.

I guess you will need, besides all the missing components involved, that your ECU (engine control unit, or computer) be reprogrammed so it takes into account the presence and operation of the cruise control system.

I presume purchasing all the components involved will be very expensive. But I guess its worth the try and investigation at you local Hyundai parts dealer.

Hi there, thanks for answering my post.

I have talked with my local Hyundai dealer, and the woman at the partsshop told me that i could get original cruisecontrol at about 7000 norwegian kr, or 1317 US Dollar, and about 2000nkr for mounting at workshop for 376 USD.
