Drives: 2004 Hyundai Sonata V6
I own a 2004 hyundai sonata. For the past 2 years, the paint on all four door handles (exterior) have started to chip. Has anyone experianced this to their vehicle. The dealership says they can't help me because the warrenty is up.

It's not really a warranty item anyway. It's a normal wear and tear item. It's a Hyundai, they use cheap paint.

if they are very bad its fairly easy to do the job yourself, you just need some wet & dry paper, spray paint (primer and color match) newspaper and masking tape......you'll save a fortune on body shop costs

Thank-you both for your response, I'm happy with my Hyundai, it's just the fact that the paint they use is cheap, the chipping of all four doorhandles just irks me. I'll try your recommendation. Thanks again.
