Wanted to order a Santa Fe cargo screen. They demanded complete credit card info BEFORE revealing S&H. There's no -legitimate- reason to do that, since all they need is what other sites need to calculate S&H - the shipping ZIP code.

When I emailed to ask why they gathered our credit card information before we decided to order - rather than after like everyone else - they disabled their email function.

Suit yourself, but hyundaiparts4less.com is not a site I would trust with credit card info, even if it appeared I might save a few bucks.

We take customers private info very seriously and do everything possible to protect it. Good for hyundaipartsforless!!!

All we want as customers is to be heard. If we have a problem, address it. I have not done business with your company but would do so immediately after seeing your reply.

You might consider offering free shipping. On the Subaru site vendors often offer a special discount code ot forum members. Makes for good will and loyal customers. Save us from the Hyundai dealers!

The Hyundai dealers should come out of hiding and take a page from your book. I will need shocks in the near future, can you help? I believe the OEM shocks are KYB's. Anything better available?
