I need the specific step by step instructions for programming a keyless remote entry for a 2004 Hyundai Elantra. The battery was removed from it for a while and now it won't do anything. It does have a new battery now. It is just not convenient to get to the nearest dealership so any help you can provide will be appreciated.

only a Hyundai dealer can program the key-fob with the Hi-scanner. You have to take both fob's to be reprogrammed
