Hi,

I am after a 2.7 V6 Petrol engine for my 2002 Hyundai Santa Fe, although any 2.7 from a pre 2006 Hyundai car will do.

I would prefer a whole engine but everything below the heads will be fine as it looks like one of my Big ends has gone.

The engine must be in the UK.

Anyone that can help please let me know rod<at>roonies.co.uk

Thanks...Rod

Hey Rod, so your rod spun a bearing? Ever thought about getting a used crank and rod with piston on it. If you cant get ahold of a block I mean. I had a machine shop maching a 4 cylinder crank .010 under size over here in the states and it cost me $125, $50 for bearings on ebay then I bought a new rod but luckily no pressing needed to be done. For your Santa fe you would need to press piston onto rod.
Just a thought.
