customer complaint was, that the engine idles too high. After a few revs in the shop, the engine started to slutter and not wanting to rev up anymore. The picture will show what wild live here in Canada can do to your car. Things like that do happen often enough.

field mouse , chipmunk or squirrel nesting in the intake tract , sometimes they will get into the air vent or heater ducts. Quite nasty if they die in there .

My dealer said that he pulled a nest out of a customer's air cleaner. Said that the nesting materials was made from the hood underliner. The beasties actually chewed through the filter while the car was sitting for a few weeks. When the owner started the car up, it was barely running, so she had it towed to the dealer. The mechanics actually pulled live baby mice out of the air cleaner. I don't know if any mice made it through the air intake to the engine itself or not.....

The owner actually tried to have it repaired under warranty.

Geez,

And I thought WE had the only weird wildlife in the world! :D

Kamikaze squirrels! Whatever next!

What would Hollywood make of it?

"Arnold Schwarzensquirrel in The Termintaker"

"..., The 45,(squeak) The Shotgun, Hyundai timed pulse intake in the 49mm range..."

"...I'll be ba(SLURP).........."

All I can say is it must have been cold!

HaHaHa!
