Hi everyone, had a strange experience with my Excel today: after driving it to the shops I came back to the car to find coolant all over the floor under the car. On investigation the coolant bottle was overflowing and the coolant had leaked from the overflow. This is odd because just the other day I filled the reservoir, but only up to the FULL line, so I cannot understand why it overflowed. Any ideas?

this needs investigating, coild be the engine overheated causing yhe coolant to overflow, or maybe the head gasket has blown causing the system to pressurise, have your dealer do a pressure test on the cooling system
