What a great idea, what headunit are you running? Would it work with a pioneer?

the idea came to me when they switched over to 100% dtv programing. i realized that even if i bought the rf antenna for my car i wudnt be able to watch tv. so i applied for a $40 DTV card and got it in the mail 2-3 weeks later. i use the A/V input on the indash to watch tv, watching tv is possible on every indash (mine is an ebay no-brand).

i bought everything at tigerdirect. i chose this dtv box bcus it was small and cheap. the amplified antenna i bought also aided in the reception with the power off on the amplifier i only picked up 5 channels clearly under my car porch with the amplifier i was able to pick up 57 anad it was a rainy day too. the install is easy, only hard part is tucking away all cable/wires in the glove box to make it look like a clean install. and yes in order to change the channels i need to use the remote for the converter box.
