Has anyone had to cut the rotors on their Azera?? I had them cut once and am again experiencing a shake when breaking, especially when applying brakes downhill at a high speed, maybe around 55 or 60. Talked to my mechanic and he said we can cut the rotors again but i probably will have to get new ones soon. Any info on what type or make of rotor i should get that might eliminate this problem in the future. Or must i stick with Hyundai factory rotors. I noticed an old post in this forum about slotted rotors and so on. Any advice on this would be greatly appreciated.

My rotors are slightly warped as well. A little pedal shudder under heavy braking. I used Brembo OEM replacements in my old car. Not sure if they make any for the azera, but Brembo is one of the more well respected aftermarket brake suppliers. Might be worth checking into.

When putting the wheels back on, make sure you torque the lug nuts down in the star pattern as recommended. Set the torque wrench anywhere between 80-90 ft. lbs. I have been doing mine at 90 ft. lbs. I have had my Azera for almost 3.5 years and have never experienced issues with the rotors (still have the orginal ones on the car). Over tightening the lug nuts or not tightening them all evenly can cause your rotor to warp.
