Hi,

I was looking on the net (researching / learning) about what tyres I should buy for my terracan. The businesses mostly say goodridge All Terrain, as I live in Outback NSW.
What do you think about this brand of tyre for: driving comfort, sealed and unsealed road driving: grip, wet/dry conditions etc.

Yes I am very NEW at this but I would like to make sure I have bought the right tyre for my needs.

Jan

Hello

Here in France, there's a lot of terracans with General tire Grabber AT2. It's considered as the "top" of all-purpose tires, like BF Goodrich AT TAKO but only the Grabber exists in 255/70 R16.

I'm also in Australia and I use Pirelli Scorpion LT 245/70-16's.

So far I love them. Great on all surfaces, including wet and dry bitumen.

I strongly recommend you get something in an LT ( Light Truck ) construction rather than "passenger" construction. They are MUCH stronger and a lot less prone to sidewall and tread punctures. The 4WD mags have done a few tests on tyresa and the different puncture proof qualities of different constructions.

Cheers
