the refrigerant has to be checked with the correct gauge set. Again a job for a Hyundai tech, he can interface with the ECM, and check if the ECM gets the A/C-on signal. He also could check the refrigerant condition. The TCM will not select the 4th gear, if it does not see the correct signal from the range-switch. This is another item a HD-tech will be able to check in no time at all. Rather spend the money on the diagnosis, before you waist money on guess items not needed.
