Hi Meso and welcome to these forums from here in the UK, it's nice to know that at least there are a few US citizens who use a manual gearbox.
I found this site recently when someone with an i30 had a problem and it may also help you to determine what the problem may be so that you can give the dealer a heads up as there are not that many who don't have blinkers on looking at so many auto's (IMG:

http://www.exedy.co.uk/index.php?main_page...eshooting_guideGo to the page above and look at the red boxes- covers, discs, bearings, good fittings and various. click on one say covers (like I did) and you will see various things that happen with a faulty clutch cover and why- I think maybe you will be able to see whats wrong and then tell the dealer to use this site as a guide if his mechanics are not trained properly on how to find and solve clutch problems. !!!!
