I have had my I30 Estate (1.6 CRDi Comfort in UK) almost a week and in general love it, but I find the steering a bit vague. The self-centring is fairly weak, and it tends to wander if I don't concentrate. I expect I will get used to it.

It has 15in wheels with185/65 R15 Kumho tyres.

Anybody else noticed this?

Some people have criticised Kumho tyres - is this one of the criticisms?

Hi Melluish.

You will get used to the steering... remember it's fly-by-wire so the usual "feedback" doesn't feel the same.

i agree you will get used to it, this isnt a car you can look away from the road for long without it altering track, but thats not a bad thing.
