Hi, I have this problem, the head`lights of my Elantra 92 don't work. Everything else is working fine, parking lights, etc. but the head lights don't. One can see that the beams are working for they turn on when you turn the switch, but only the low lights are on, no high lights nor low lights, can anyone help me. Excuse my redaction but I am from Costa Rica.

I had the same problem and it was hard to find because it was intermittent.
For some odd reason, the +12V for the low beams has shorted to a GND cable next to it. It melted the whole connector.
Try using the schematics from HMA to track down your problem, it's not an overly complicated circuit to trace.

I think for your problem you should go to the dealer.
