hi guys
had a search couldnt find exactly what i was looking for and got rather confused.

My mates car is stuck at the airport
car wont wind over, when he jump starts it it runs, apparently as soon as he touches the brake (auto trans) it stalls. He did this twice before giving up cause he had to be somewhere. we need to get this thing running and out of the carpark tomorrow moring

My mechanical knowledge is slightly above average, im very familar with hondas and their managment systems but this is my first encounter with a hyundai. If i can get a engine code from it i should be able to figure out the issue (presuming its stored a code)

A quick run down on how to extract the engine trouble codes and any suggestions/tips are greatly appreciated
sorry bout the long post.
Kind regards Luke
