Brio.. hmm yea maybe at the nozzles it could from waxing vehicle.. or maybe you need a new washer nozzels or the little motor that sprays the fluid is done or maybe even a crack in the line somwhere for the washer fluid and bringing in air and not enough pressure.. just some ideas to try.. maybe take the nozzels off and soak them in soap and warm water and rinse off after wards that might work too.. I would try cleaning the nozzles before I'd get into replacing them or the lines or washer fluid motor. maybe you can find something better then soap and water of that don't work to remove the crud build up? I am not sure what else to use other then soap and warm water and that may not anyways but hard to say and worth a try it certainly wont hurt the nozzels at all.. the only other thing I can think of is something to break down the wax residue and I am not too sure whats out there for that. you will have to ask around and get more info and ideas. good luck
