Hi all. I pulled off a country road today onto a muddy passing place to give way to a car coming towards me. both driver side wheels were in mud, both passenger side wheels on tarmac. When i tried to pull off the rear wheel on mud spun but i could not pull away (on a slight upslope). I didnt put the can in 4wd as i thought the one rear wheel on tarmac would have given me enough traction (through the LSD) to pull away, but no. I reversed out in the end but shouldnt the LSD have got me out? , or am i misunderstanding the way an LSD works? (IMG:style_emoticons/default/puzzled.gif)
