How much is a set of 17" LX 5 star wheels with tires (the smaller ones) worth?
10,000 miles
If I trade my car in Im gonna put the stock 16" alloys back on.

If you point them out when you trade in you may get more money than you would from a private buyer. I guess it depends on who you were trading with though. No idea on the going rate for factory, non-chrome wheels with tires.

I had put the 17's on my 07 GLS and when I traded it in they supposedly said it helped with trade in, but I doubt that. If you have the original 16's, take em off and sell the 17's

they are definitely worth more than the 16" steelies, but not worth all that much more than the 16" alloys upon trade in (IMO)... if they were worth an extra $75 or $100 for trade in value, that would be about it...

you might be able to sell them on eBay for $350-$400.. im guessing they have the OEM Michelin's on the wheels (which most Sonata owners will not necessarily pay extra for since most hate those tires)...

just my 2¢

They're only worth extra $$ to the appraiser. The book value add is only for alloy wheels and doesn't ask for size unless you have 19"ers.

This link should take you to Ebay, where someone is selling 4 2008 17” OEM rims with tires and sensors for $600 plus $175 for shipping. He has no bids yet.
