First you have to remove the side cushions - you know, the part that stays in place when you fold down the seats.
To get at these you need to remove the rear seat cusion because they are held on by bolts at the bottom of the seat.
Here are the instructions for removing the rear seat cushion and side cusions - you don't have to remove the seat backs
http://www.hmaservice.com/webtech/iindex.a...8646#_394878646Its not really clear, but the fron of the seat is held down by clips. You release these by lifting up on front of the seat and then pressing backwards - it takes some jiggling to get it loose. After that the seat will swing up so you can get at the bolts holding it down.
Do you have any idea of how far whatever fell down has managed to travel? If its just rattling around in the metal channel near the brake light or over by one of the speakers, you may be able to fishe it out with a magnetic pick-up tool - these only cost a few dollars at your local tool store - here is one like I have - it cost less than $5
You may even be able to pull it out using the crevice tool on your vacuum cleaner if its close enough.
