I have a 2001 XG 300 with a bad wiper motor.The dealer wants $300 for a new one,can anyone tell me where i can find one?

Dear bucknut,

Wiper motors for the XG 300, XG 350, and Sonata should be interchangeabe for a range of years. Go to a local auto recycler, You are looking for a wiper motor for a 2000-2005 Sonata, XG300 or XG350. Engine size, transmission and options don't matter.

Check that the donor car is under a 120K miles, as normally the wiper motor lasts to 150K or more miles.
