Would Buy or lease the Genesis ?

Would you buy one used, would it have to certified or used?

If I were buying a Genesis i would get a certified preowned genesis because the engine and transmission is covered for 10 years or 100,000 miles, the regular used would be the remainder of the 5 year or 60,000 warranty.

One lesson i learned never buy a Hyundai brand new, it better to wait for a two to three old one.

buying a new car is a piece of mind but it cost almost 50% more.

Three long time local Ford dealerships in a four county area just closed their doors. It appears there is going to be a shake out among dealerships and Hyundai may be affected and prices they charge for Genesis will have to be affected.
I'm waiting until 2011 model, at least, before I look at a Genesis.

Just remember, Hyundai sales in the US is important, but they sell far, far more cars world wide than the relatively small volumes in the US.

Add to that, the fact that although US sales are lagging a bit behind expectations, they have not been hit nearly as hard in the US as GM and Ford this year, and therefore, they are still gaining market share in the US.

You can't buy a used one, sine this car is just first year of production. However you can lease it with 0 apr. So you may expect many used in 2 years interval. I ma leasing 4.6 now.
