Hey I used to do this kinda work in the past droping pans replacing filters and re bolting etc. I didnt see a drain for this tranny on the 03 elantra. Or did I just miss it? and if there is a way for me to drain myself. Any idea on how much fluid I need? I did read that you needed some spIII trans oil or it voids warranty . Let me know and thanks

This is an Auto or Manual.

The last auto I did, 93 New Yorker, I used a drill pump and plastic tubes.
I pumped out what I could, waited a few mins then pumped again, and then dropped the pan. It worked out well.

Good luck with yours.
