Well, you have plenty of time on your hands. But I made the time to look at the complaints and very interesting. Looks like I have done an excellent job on my last 4 car purchases.

Never took the bait and switch, never took the extended warranty, always had my calculator to do my amortization table myself, always had my pre-approved financing walking in, always had my edmond's pricing report in hand, did not buy the pin stripes or the alarm system, never took the vehicle home without a completed signed contract, always got everything in writing and never ever did the trade-in.
