I notice the Eletrical troubleshooting link doesnt work. Did anyone manage to download it?

If anyone has about 150 meg of webspace i can use i would put them all in one place.

This is link to file but sometimes this dosent work doing it this way. The other one does I have just tried it (opens web page with link on it)

Its 49 meg in size so too large to send
