Well while driving my 09 sonata limited on the interstate my headlights just went out. My parking lights stayed on? So i turned them off of auto and back on regular and they started working. When i would turn them back to auto the headlights would go off but the parking lights and instrument lights stayed on. Pulled over for gas and shut car off and put the lights back on auto and haven't had the problem again? I miss my 06 LX!! It was such a good car! My nav locks up sometimes and won't work!!! I am just going to go hit my service department up one early morning. with nav problems, auto headlight problems, tmps light, and the car pulling to the left..(since it was brand new) and a tire balance.

You would think the 09's would have been better than the 06's not the case with this one. I think Hyundai is getting the toyota problem.. Building good cars to get customers then once they get them trying to be cheap and cut corners to make more money once they have a good customer base. But i could be mistaken lol

We used to get a lot of prospective Sonata Buyers, and some uneducated

07 & 08 owners who wrote how THEY would NEVER buy a 2006 NF at the

new American plant until proven. I am here to say that was part of the fun.

Its been two and a half years now since I dumped the 05 Elantra, a Smart Move!
